The architectural feature of a bay window should be enhanced rather than hidden. This unique feature can be dressing so that it becomes the focal point of a living or bedroom. As you can now easily obtain bay window curtain poles or tracks which enable you to draw the curtains as far round the bay as you wish; although when doubling-up it shows the curtains off beautifully if you allow one ’set’ of doubled-up curtains to hang at the angled sections of the bay during the day. Alternating heavy curtain fabric with lightweight, or using a lightweight voile either side of the heavier curtains will give your bay a chic and refined look which will automatically draw the eye to this stunning feature of your room.
